Message frequency varies based on consent record activity. You will typically receive no more than 5 messages per month. Critical security alerts (unauthorized access attempts) are sent immediately regardless of frequency.
Message and data rates may apply. DDT does not charge for SMS notifications. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Reply STOP to any DDT SMS message to opt out of all SMS notifications. You may also remove your phone number from your account settings in the DDT creator portal. Opting out of SMS does not affect email notifications or your consent records.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. DDT consent record protections operate independently of SMS delivery. Your consent records remain protected whether or not SMS notifications are received.
